Themed children’s parties
Choose from a selection of Party Programs or call to
discuss a Specialty Theme
Fairy Houses
– Children will listen to a story about fairy houses and
then search DPNC trails looking for beautiful materials
to build one.
Wildlife Wonders-Meet
our resident snakes, turtles, and frogs, and learn about
their special characteristics in this hands-on
program. Take a nature walk and create an animal
craft.
Scavenger Hunt-Hike
the trails to look for mushrooms, moss, sow bugs, animal
tracks, leaves and more. Learn about each scavenger
hunt find and win prizes.
SEASONAL THEMES
(April-Sept.) Peek into a Pond- Meet live
pond animals inside and then head out to our pond
looking for frogs, aquatic insects, fish, turtles, and
others.
(June-Sept.) Inspect an Insect- Explore
the meadow in search butterflies, grasshoppers,
ladybugs, spiders, moths. Observe the unique
adaptations of insects using magnifying glasses,
microscopes.
(Oct.-March) Animal Tracks- Find and
identify animal tracks on the trails, discover why
animal tracks differ, and create your own plaster casts
of animal prints to take home.

DPNC Members: $110 for up to 12 children*
Non-members: $135 for up to 12 children*
* For more than 12 children,
there is a $5/child additional charge
(up to 30 child max)
